ABOUT MATVEY KAYF
Matvey Kayf is an illustrator and artist from Moscow. He began to paint on the streets since the 2000s while studying lacquer miniatures. Then, from the year 2015, while studying graphic design, he began to show interest in the artistic avant-garde of the early 20th century. To this day, he actively takes part in exhibition projects. At the same time, Matvey is more and more delving into experiments with types; in his free time, he draws on the street. He is actively engaged in circulation and printing graphics: samizdat and silk-screen printing on paper, collages and abstract reliefs made of plywood.
